It can be scary to talk to someone about your personal thoughts and feelings. It can feel like you are going through challenges alone, or that no one can really understand why you are struggling. We all have our ups and downs, but sometimes it feels like our own issues are so much bigger and harder to handle than everyone else’s. The good news is that you aren’t alone, and if you are open to therapy, you may find you have much more power to make positive changes than you realize.

My goal as a therapist is to work with you to be the best version of yourself. I treat everyone as an individual, which means that our plan together will be specific to your needs. I like to stay open-minded and non-judgmental, and I see you as the expert on your own experiences and feelings. I have treated a wide variety of clients from a diverse range of economic, racial, and religious backgrounds, and I work with adolescents, teens, and adults. I have the most experience with people who have been through trauma, major life changes, severe depression and anxiety, and cognitive challenges or disabilities, but I am ready to address any obstacles you might be facing. I am prepared to use a variety of techniques and therapeutic approaches, all of which start with building a relationship based on trust and understanding.
