Fully Licensed Mental Health Clinician – Outpatient Group Practice
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative fully licensed mental health clinician to join our growing outpatient group practice. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a supportive and expanding practice.

About the Role
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building and maintaining a consistent caseload, providing high-quality therapeutic services, and growing professionally alongside the practice. We are especially interested in clinicians who are comfortable working with children and teens in addition to adult clients.
Due to insurance credentialing timelines, the anticipated start date may be delayed approximately 3–6 months. Clinicians will begin part-time while building caseload and may transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow.
Responsibilities
● Provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults
● Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner
● Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
● Collaborate with fellow clinicians and administrative staff
● Participate in consultation and team meetings as appropriate
● Maintain an active and consistent caseload
Qualifications
● Fully licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LP, LLP, LMFT, or equivalent)
● License in good standing
● Experience or willingness to work with children and adolescents
● Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
● Interest in long-term growth within the practice
